Moving a medical practice into a new office is not like moving a desk. Phones, networks, workstations, and the systems the staff rely on every hour all have to come apart in one building and come back together in another, ideally without patients or providers ever feeling it.
That was the assignment for a growing pediatric practice relocating to a new office. The part that mattered most was the part nobody was supposed to notice. The practice needed to keep running while the move happened around them.
